Instructions
- Prepare Cake:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8-inch (20 cm) square baking pan.
- Mix Dry Ingredients:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- Cream Butter & Sugar:
- In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla.
- Combine Ingredients:
- Mix in half the flour mixture, then the milk, then the remaining flour mixture.
- Bake:
- Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 28–32 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.

- Crumble cooled cake into a large bowl. Add marshmallow fluff and mix until a dough-like texture forms.
- Form Cake Pops:
- Scoop and roll mixture into 1 1/2-inch (4 cm) balls. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Insert Sticks:
- Melt 2 tbsp chocolate chips. Dip one end of each stick in melted chocolate, then insert into cake balls. Freeze for 15 minutes.
- Prepare Coating:
- Melt remaining chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
