# What You'll Need:

→ Coffee

01 - 1 1/2 cups cold brew coffee or strong chilled coffee

→ Tahini Blend

02 - 3 tablespoons well-stirred tahini
03 - 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
04 - 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
05 - Pinch of sea salt

→ Milk & Ice

06 - 1/2 cup plant-based milk (such as almond, oat, or soy)
07 - 1 cup ice cubes

# How to Make It:

01 - In a small bowl or pitcher, whisk together tahini, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt until smooth and fully incorporated.
02 - Fill two tall glasses with ice cubes to chill.
03 - Evenly distribute the cold brew coffee between the prepared glasses.
04 - Pour the tahini mixture into each glass, stirring thoroughly to blend with the coffee.
05 - Top each glass with plant-based milk and gently stir for a creamy consistency.
