# What You'll Need:

→ Probiotic Base

01 - 4 cups filtered water
02 - 1/4 cup organic cane sugar
03 - 2 tablespoons water kefir grains or 2 tablespoons ginger bug
04 - 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

→ Flavoring

05 - 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
06 - 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
07 - 8 fresh mint leaves
08 - 4 thin orange slices, for garnish
09 - Ice cubes, for serving

# How to Make It:

01 - In a thoroughly cleaned glass jar, dissolve organic cane sugar into filtered water. Add water kefir grains or ginger bug and introduce fresh lemon juice. Mix gently using a non-metallic spoon.
02 - Cover the jar with a breathable cloth or coffee filter secured by a rubber band. Leave to ferment at ambient room temperature (68–77°F) for 24 to 48 hours, until the mixture develops subtle effervescence and tang.
03 - Strain out water kefir grains or ginger bug using a fine mesh strainer. Cultures may be reused for subsequent batches or discarded as preferred.
04 - In a serving pitcher, combine the fermented soda base with fresh orange juice, lime juice, and mint leaves. Stir the mixture with care to preserve the clarity.
05 - Fill individual glasses with ice cubes. Pour the mocktail blend over ice and garnish each with an orange slice and additional mint leaves, as desired.
06 - Present immediately to ensure optimal effervescence and freshness.
