# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Stir in the coconut oil.
03 - Add the rolled oats, ground cinnamon if using, and salt to the banana mixture. Stir until evenly combined.
04 - Fold the semi-sweet chocolate chips into the dough gently.
05 - Scoop heaping tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, flattening each slightly with the back of a spoon.
06 - Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, until the cookies are set and edges turn lightly golden.
07 - Let the cookies cool on the sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
