10 - 1/2 cup mango, diced
11 - 1/2 small apple, diced
12 - 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
13 - 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a small bowl, combine granulated sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, ground cinnamon if using, and a pinch of salt.
03 - Brush both sides of each tortilla with melted unsalted butter. Evenly sprinkle the cocoa-sugar mixture over both sides.
04 - Stack tortillas and slice each into 8 wedges to form chips. Arrange in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
05 - Bake chips for 8 to 10 minutes, turning halfway through, until crisp. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
