01 - 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
02 - 1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken (grilled, fried, or rotisserie)
03 - 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
04 - 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
05 - 1/2 cup homemade croutons
06 - Kosher salt, to taste
07 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

→ Wraps

08 - 4 flour tortillas or wraps (10-inch)

# How to Make It:

01 - In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, cooked chicken, Caesar dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, and croutons. Toss thoroughly with tongs to coat evenly. Season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Add additional dressing if desired. Set aside.
02 - Warm the flour tortillas in a large skillet over medium heat for 15 to 30 seconds on each side until pliable. Alternatively, microwave the tortillas wrapped in paper towels for 15 to 30 seconds. Keep warm under a kitchen towel to maintain softness.
03 - Place the warmed tortillas on a clean surface. Evenly divide the salad filling among tortillas, placing the mixture in the center of each.
04 - Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then roll tightly in a burrito style. Secure each wrap with a toothpick if needed to maintain shape.
05 - Serve the wraps whole or sliced in half for presentation.
