01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Flatten each biscuit round into a 4-inch disc.
03 - Place 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce in the center of each flattened dough piece, top with 3 slices pepperoni and a generous pinch of shredded mozzarella cheese.
04 - Enclose the filling by gently pinching and sealing the dough, shaping into a compact ball.
05 - Arrange dough balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
06 - Blend melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Brush mixture over the tops of each dough ball.
07 - Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese evenly atop the brushed dough balls.
08 - Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling.
09 - Allow bombs to cool slightly before serving. Present with extra pizza sauce for dipping if desired.
