# What You'll Need:

→ Cheese

01 - 5.3 oz mild cheddar cheese, cut into 0.6-inch cubes
02 - 5.3 oz gouda cheese, cut into 0.6-inch cubes

→ Fruit

03 - 7 oz seedless red grapes, washed and dried

→ Optional Garnish

04 - Fresh mint leaves for serving

# How to Make It:

01 - Cut mild cheddar and gouda cheeses into evenly sized 0.6-inch cubes.
02 - Wash seedless red grapes thoroughly and dry them completely.
03 - Using small wooden skewers or cocktail sticks, thread a cube of cheddar, a grape, a cube of gouda, and another grape onto each skewer, repeating until all ingredients are used.
04 - Arrange the assembled skewers on a serving platter, garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired, and serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
