# How to Make It:
01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners or grease thoroughly.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, and salt until well blended.
03 - Stir grated cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, and chopped chives into the dry mixture until evenly distributed.
04 - In a separate bowl, whisk melted butter, whole milk, and eggs until smooth.
05 - Fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients with a spatula, mixing gently until just combined. Avoid overmixing the batter.
06 - Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
07 - Insert one wooden popsicle stick into the center of each muffin, pushing halfway through.
