# Additional Tips::

01 -
  • It tastes indulgent but keeps you full for hours without that heavy, sluggish feeling.
  • Everything cooks in one pot, so cleanup is just a quick rinse and you're done.
  • The apples melt into the quinoa and create natural sweetness you can actually taste.
  • It works with whatever milk or sweetener you have on hand, no special trip required.
02 -
  • Rinsing the quinoa is not optional, it removes the bitter coating that ruins the whole bowl.
  • Stir it a few times while simmering or the bottom will scorch and you'll taste it in every bite.
  • If it looks too thick after cooking, stir in a splash more milk to loosen it up.
03 -
  • Use a timer and don't lift the lid too often, steam escapes and messes with the cooking time.
  • Taste it before serving and adjust the sweetness, every apple is different.
  • If you want it thicker, let it sit longer off the heat, it will firm up on its own.
