11 - 1 red bell pepper
12 - 1 yellow bell pepper
13 - 1 cup baby carrots

# How to Make It:

01 - Cut bread slices into rectangles and one larger shape using cookie cutters or a knife to form train cars and engine. Spread assorted fillings such as cream cheese with cucumber, peanut butter with jam, cheddar with turkey or ham as desired. Assemble sandwiches and press gently.
02 - Lay celery stalks parallel on a large platter to create rails. Position pretzel sticks across celery at regular intervals to form cross-ties.
03 - Place sandwich rectangles atop the celery tracks as train cars. Attach cucumber rounds and cherry tomato halves as wheels, securing with small cream cheese dabs if necessary. Decorate the engine with bell pepper slices for detailing and windows.
04 - Surround the train with baby carrots, extra cucumber rounds, and additional vegetables to enhance the presentation and snacking options.
05 - Present immediately, allowing children to imagine driving the train cars along the tracks before eating.
