# What You'll Need:
→ Fruit Selection
01 - 1 cup strawberries, hulled
02 - 1 cup seedless grapes
03 - 1 cup mandarin orange segments
04 - 1 cup kiwi, peeled and cut into chunks
→ Sugar Syrup
05 - 2 cups granulated sugar
06 - 1/2 cup water
07 - 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
→ Assembly
08 - 6 bamboo skewers
# How to Make It:
01 - Wash all fruit thoroughly and dry completely. Thread assorted fruit pieces onto each bamboo skewer, alternating varieties as desired. Arrange them on a tray lined with parchment paper.
02 - In a medium saucepan, stir together granulated sugar, water, and cream of tartar (optional) until combined.
03 - Set the saucepan over medium heat. Allow the mixture to boil without further stirring. Continue cooking until the syrup registers 300°F on a candy thermometer, approximately 8 to 10 minutes.
04 - Remove the saucepan from heat. Quickly dip each fruit skewer into the hot syrup, rotating to coat all surfaces evenly. Let excess syrup drip off.
05 - Place the glazed skewers on the lined tray. Allow them to cool and harden fully, approximately 5 minutes. Serve promptly for optimal crispness.
