# How to Make It:

01 - In a medium bowl, blend Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract until smooth.
02 - Fold in chopped strawberries gently until evenly coated with the yogurt mixture.
03 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place heaping tablespoons of the mixture spaced apart, forming about sixteen clusters.
04 - Freeze the clusters for one to two hours until firm and solid.
05 - Heat chocolate with optional coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
06 - Dip each frozen cluster into the melted chocolate using a fork, ensuring complete coverage; allow excess to drip off and return to the parchment-lined sheet.
07 - Freeze coated clusters for at least 30 minutes until the chocolate sets firmly.
