10 - 1/2 tsp dried thyme

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
02 - In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and chopped onion until beef is browned and onion is tender, about 6 to 8 minutes. Drain excess fat.
03 - Stir in frozen peas, carrots, and corn. Cook for 2 minutes until heated through.
04 - Add condensed cream of mushroom soup, whole milk, garlic powder, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly and simmer for 2 minutes.
05 - Spread the beef and vegetable mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the mixture.
06 - Arrange frozen tater tots in a single layer over the cheese.
07 - Bake for 30 minutes, or until tater tots are golden and crispy.
08 - Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the tater tots. Return to oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese melts.
09 - Optionally, sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the casserole. Serve hot.
