01 - 1 cup (8 fl oz) freshly brewed coffee, hot or iced
→ Protein
02 - 1 scoop (1 oz) vanilla or chocolate protein powder (whey or plant-based)
→ Optional Add-ins
03 - 1/4 cup (2 fl oz) milk or dairy-free milk (optional, for creaminess)
04 - 1–2 teaspoons sweetener of choice (honey, maple syrup, or sugar substitute), to taste
05 - Ice cubes (for iced version)
# How to Make It:
01 - Brew your coffee as desired; allow to cool slightly for iced preparation.
02 - Combine protein powder with milk in a shaker bottle or blender. Shake or blend until smooth and free of lumps.
03 - Pour brewed coffee into shaker or blender with protein mixture. Add sweetener if desired.
04 - Shake or blend again until the mixture is frothy and homogeneous.
05 - For iced coffee, fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the mixture over. For hot coffee, pour directly into a mug.
06 - Stir gently and serve immediately.
