05 - Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella and provolone evenly over the sauced bread slices.
06 - Place your selected toppings such as pepperoni, onion, olives, and bell pepper over the cheese layer.
07 - Top with the remaining mozzarella, provolone, and all of the grated Parmesan cheese.
08 - Sprinkle dried oregano and freshly ground black pepper over each slice to enhance flavor.

10 - Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh basil leaves and a pinch of red pepper flakes, then serve immediately.

# Additional Tips::

01 -
  • This transforms basic ingredients into something that tastes like it came from a wood fired oven
  • The broiler creates those irresistible crispy cheesy edges that make restaurant pizza so addictive
  • You can customize the toppings based on whatever is languishing in your refrigerator
02 -
  • The broiler can go from perfectly golden to burnt in seconds, so stand there and watch it
  • Lightly toasting the bread first is the difference between crispy pizza toast and sad soggy bread
  • Shredding your own cheese makes a huge difference in melting compared to pre shredded bags
03 -
  • Let the broiled toast rest for one minute before slicing, this gives the cheese time to set slightly
  • Room temperature cheese melts more evenly than cold cheese straight from the refrigerator
