# How to Make It:

01 - In a small saucepan, stir together lemon juice, water, and sugar. Sprinkle gelatin over the mixture and let it bloom for 2 minutes.
02 - Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until sugar and gelatin have completely dissolved (do not boil). Remove from heat and add lemon zest.
03 - Arrange 10–15 gummy bears at the bottom of each serving cup (you can use clear cups for best visual effect).
04 - Pour the warm lemonade gelatin mixture over the gummy bears, filling each cup.
05 - Allow cups to cool for 10 minutes at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until fully set.
06 - Before serving, garnish with fresh mint leaves and lemon slices if desired.

# Additional Tips::

01 -
  • It’s adorably vibrant and guaranteed to make your party snack table the center of conversation.
  • You can whip it up ahead of time, minimizing last-minute dessert drama.
02 -
  • Skipping the blooming step with gelatin will leave you with stubborn little lumps—I learned this on my impatient days.
  • Letting the jelly mixture cool slightly before pouring stops the gummies from melting into a rainbow mess at the bottom.
03 -
  • The real secret is using fresh lemon zest—it brings out an amazing aroma and sunshiny flavor.
  • To unmold for plating, briefly dip the cup in warm water and run a butter knife around the edge.
