→ For Serving

19 - 4 whole wheat burger buns
20 - 1 cup baby arugula or lettuce
21 - 4 slices tomato
22 - 4 slices red onion

# How to Make It:

01 - Combine cranberries, ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, black pepper, salt, and water in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, cooking for 10 to 12 minutes while stirring occasionally, until cranberries burst and the sauce thickens. Let cool slightly, then blend until smooth using an immersion blender or regular blender. Set aside.
02 - In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper just until combined. Shape mixture into 4 equal patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
03 - Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high and brush with olive oil. Grill turkey patties for 5 to 6 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F and burgers are cooked through.
04 - Lightly toast burger buns on the grill if desired. Layer arugula or lettuce on the bottom half of each bun, then add a turkey patty, a generous spoonful of cranberry BBQ sauce, a tomato slice, and a red onion slice. Cap each with the bun top and serve immediately.
