# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, cayenne pepper, and smoked paprika.
03 - Add cold cubed butter and blend with a pastry blender or fork until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
