# How to Make It:
01 - Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, cayenne pepper, and smoked paprika.
03 - Add cold cubed butter and blend with a pastry blender or fork until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
04 - Stir in pumpkin purée, milk, and shredded cheddar cheese just until combined.
05 - In a small bowl, beat the egg with 2 tablespoons of milk. Place Flamin Hot snack crumbs in a separate bowl.
06 - Portion dough into tablespoon-sized pieces and roll into balls approximately 1.5 inches in diameter.
07 - Dip each dough ball into the egg mixture, then roll in Flamin Hot crumbs until fully coated.
08 - Place coated dough balls on the prepared baking sheet, spaced 1 inch apart. Bake for 13–15 minutes until golden and crisp.
09 - If desired, combine sour cream, chives, and smoked paprika in a bowl for serving alongside.
10 - Allow biscuit balls to cool slightly before serving with the prepared dip.
