# How to Make It:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper, ensuring an overhang for easy removal.
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together flour, rolled oats, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, using an electric mixer or whisk, cream softened butter, vegetable oil, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 2–3 minutes.
- Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract and peanut butter, blending until smooth.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Stir gently until just combined, avoiding overmixing.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and candy-coated chocolate pieces evenly throughout the batter.
- Spread the batter evenly into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top.
- In a small bowl, mix granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Sprinkle evenly over the surface of the batter.
- Bake for 50–55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center emerges with a few moist crumbs.
- Let the loaf cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack. Allow to cool completely before slicing.
