03 - 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
04 - 1/3 cup buffalo wing sauce

06 - 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
07 - 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)

# How to Make It:
01 - Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). Place a pizza stone in the oven if you plan to use one.
02 - In a medium bowl, thoroughly coat shredded chicken breast with buffalo wing sauce.
03 - On a lightly floured surface, roll or stretch pizza dough into a 12-inch round. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet or a pizza peel dusted with cornmeal.
04 - Lightly brush the dough with olive oil, covering the surface evenly.
05 - Evenly spread ranch or blue cheese dressing over the dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edges.
06 - Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella cheese over the dressing.
07 - Distribute the buffalo-coated chicken evenly over the layer of cheese.
08 - Add remaining mozzarella and, if desired, crumbled blue cheese on top of the chicken.
09 - Bake the assembled pizza for 12 to 15 minutes, until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling and lightly browned.
10 - Remove pizza from the oven and let cool for 2 to 3 minutes. Garnish with sliced green onions and chopped cilantro if desired. Slice and serve immediately.
