# How to Make It:
01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, allowing an overhang for easy removal.
02 - Sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl. Set aside.
03 - In a large bowl, whisk melted butter with granulated and brown sugars until smooth.
04 - Add eggs one at a time to the butter mixture, whisking thoroughly after each. Stir in vanilla extract.
05 - Fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture gradually until just combined; avoid overmixing.
06 - Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth the surface with a spatula.
07 - Bake for 22 to 25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
08 - Allow to cool fully in the pan set on a wire rack.
