A warm grilled sandwich combining creamy Brie, crisp apple, and a touch of honey for festive flavor.
# What You'll Need:
→ Bread
01 - 4 slices sourdough or brioche bread
→ Cheese & Filling
02 - 120 grams Brie cheese, sliced
03 - 1 small crisp apple (such as Granny Smith), thinly sliced
04 - 2 tablespoons honey
→ Butter
05 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
→ Garnish (optional)
06 - 2 small strips roasted red bell pepper (for flame)
07 - 2 thin chive stems (for wick)
# How to Make It:
01 - Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat until hot.
02 - Lightly butter one side of each bread slice.
03 - Place two slices of bread, buttered side down, on a clean surface. Layer Brie slices evenly, then add apple slices. Drizzle one tablespoon of honey over each sandwich.
04 - Top with remaining bread slices, buttered side up, and press gently to secure.
05 - Cook sandwiches for 3 to 4 minutes per side, pressing gently with a spatula, until bread is golden and cheese melts.
06 - Trim sandwich edges to form neat rectangles, stand upright, and adorn with roasted red pepper strips as flames and chive stems as wicks.
07 - Serve sandwiches warm and enjoy.
